By accessing or using the Draftless platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

Draftless is an AI-powered creative platform that enables users to generate images, videos, audio, and other media through a node-based workflow editor. Our service provides access to multiple AI models, brand kit management, prompt libraries, and collaborative tools.

To use Draftless, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to use Draftless to:

• Generate, distribute, or promote illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Create deepfakes or misleading media intended to deceive or defraud.
• Engage in automated scraping, data mining, or systematic downloading of content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or circumvent our AI models or security measures.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
• Overload or disrupt our infrastructure through excessive automated requests.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all original content you create using Draftless. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.

Our Platform: The Draftless platform, including its design, code, AI integrations, brand assets, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Draftless and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of our platform.

Draftless uses a credit-based system for AI generations:

• Credits are consumed when you generate content. Different models and operations cost different amounts.
• Subscriptions provide a recurring credit allocation. Purchased credits never expire. Unused monthly plan credits roll over into the following month, and expire at the end of it.
• Purchases are processed securely through Stripe.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Credits that have been consumed are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing and allocations with reasonable notice.

Storage for your generated media is included with every Draftless account at no extra cost — there are no storage tiers to buy and no hard quota.

We track storage and bandwidth usage and operate a fair-use policy: if an account consistently stores or streams far beyond normal creative use, we will contact you before taking any action. We will never delete your files or block access without warning.

We aim to keep Draftless available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Generation depends on third-party AI providers whose availability we do not control. Where a generation fails for a reason attributable to us or to a provider outage, the credits consumed are returned to your balance.

You may stop using Draftless and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where required by law, or where continued provision would expose us or other users to risk. On termination, unused purchased credits may be refunded at our discretion where required by law.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, and you are responsible for reviewing it before publication or commercial use.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or personal injury.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.

We may update these Terms of Service. Material changes are announced by email or through a prominent in-product notice before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
