Delete your Draftless account
Delete your account in the app, or request deletion here without signing in.
Delete it yourself (fastest)
- Open Draftless on the web or in the Android app and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Danger Zone.
- Choose Delete account and confirm. Deletion is immediate.
What is deleted
- • Your account, profile, login and connected social/store integrations
- • Your generations, uploaded files, assets, workflows, prompts and brand kits
- • Your credit balance and usage history tied to your account
- • Gallery posts you published, likes and share links
What is retained, and for how long
- • Invoices, payment and tax records — kept for 10 years as required by tax and accounting law
- • Records of refunds, chargebacks and fraud prevention — kept up to 10 years
- • Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics that no longer identify you
- • Backups — overwritten on a rolling basis within 30 days
