Ice-Cast Statue
The subject frozen as a translucent ice sculpture.
Prompt used
The subject carved as a translucent ice sculpture on a low plinth in a dark room. Light passes through the body and refracts into pale blue caustics on the floor, with frozen air bubbles and fine chisel facets caught in the surface. A thin mist of cold air spills off the base. Keep the facial structure, hairstyle and pose readable in the ice. Single cool backlight, deep black surround, high-contrast studio photograph.
